I just want to leave you with one simple thought today:

If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.


Sometimes taking risks can be scary.  If you aren’t sure of the outcome then you don’t know when to take that leap of faith.  But I want to tell you that taking a jump into the unknown can be the most rewarding thing you ever do.

Do something everyday that scares you.  You will become a stronger, smarter, and better person for it.

To grow muscle, you must challenge your muscles to break and split.  When they break, they grow back in greater number and stronger than before.

Your brain, your body, your heart, and your soul needs to be challenged to become stronger.

Challenge yourself, daily.
