Things I Just Don’t Understand

Things I Just Don't Understand
Allergies.  Why are some people’s allergies worse than others and why am I one of those people?

Selfies.  I may be victim of taking a selfie or 2, but I do not understand the selfie phenomenon.

People who are afraid to dance in public. Live a little.

My obsession with Pretty Little Liars, Ravenswood, Drop Dead Diva, and Witches Of East End.

Those that wear leggings as pants, they are not pants.  Please, I beg of you, wear a shirt long enough to cover your butt and woohoo.

Football technicalities.

Irrational fears of masks and face paint.

How some people could dump animals.

I could keep going, but I feel that could be one more thing I don’t understand – the perfect time to end a pointless post.

Cheers!

Joining and Learning

Proud Member of the Yakezie Challenge
It should be no surprise that I have been working hard on trying to grow my blog.  I want to learn from others and hopefully help others in the process.  And by help, I mean guidance on how to become successful, happy, and on budget.

I recently joined the Yakezie Challenge to learn, grow, and develop this little blog of mine.  Check it out!  I’ve been on the site for an embarrassing amount of time now and there is no sign of stopping.

Cheers!

For some reason I feel like a vintage housewife

But wearing jeans, of course.  I was running late to my night class and decided to just not change from working on a few projects.

t-shirt: Wal-Mart, jeans: Express, shoes: F21, Headband: Modcloth (bonus from my Birchbox), watch: belonged to my Grandpa.

So many choices.

Packing to go out-of-town is probably one of my favorite things to do. Something about laying out clothes and matching accessories with them while all trying to stay minimal. It’s a challenge for a recovering over packer like myself.

Here I am packing for a weekend trip to St. Louis. Going to be visiting the zoo and my favorite restaurant, Rich & Charlie’s.
